Com a publicação da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD), qual seja, a Lei nº 13.709 de 14 de agosto de 2018, que determina uma série de regras para tratamento de dados pessoais, necessitando a empresa uma nova conduta e uso de boas práticas técnicas e administrativas para fins de assegurar a privacidade e segurança dos dados das pessoas físicas com quem se relaciona.

A MADEM entendendo a necessidade de adequação, estruturou uma série de políticas e boas práticas para assegurar o cumprimento da nova legislação.

Data Protection
Through the Legal Notice herein and in accordance with the provisions set forth in Ley Orgânica15/1999, regarding the Protection of Personal Data, the company notifies users of its data protection policy so that they can freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide personal data that may be required during the subscription to or registration for any of the services offered. Except in the fields where otherwise noted, responses to questions about personal information are voluntary. Personal data collected will be treated secretly and confidentially and its collection is aimed to manage and provide the services offered by the Company on the Portal at any time. Users agree that the personal data informed can be processed in automated files, under the company’s ownership and liability. Applicable Law
The General Terms herein are governed by the Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise from the application of the services or interpretation or application of the General Conditions, the Company and the users, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, submit to the Courts of Barcelona.
