Data is stored in our physical data centers located in Brazil and we also store data in the cloud located in Brazil, Chile and the USA.

Cloud data centers have an adequate level of Personal Data protection, ensuring that they have mechanisms in place to ensure the legality of international transfers of Personal Data, in accordance with the rules set forth in the LGPD and regulations issued by the ANPD.

How does Madem guarantee the security of your data?

MADEM adopts forms of information security management and strict information protection controls, following the recommendations of national and international Information Security standards, especially the ABNT ISO 27000 standard, a global reference code of practice for information security management.

How long will your data be kept by Madem?

Personal data collected by MADEM will remain stored in the database for legitimate and essential purposes, such as:

Existence of a specific law or regulation requiring a specific period for data retention;

For the regular exercise of MADEM’s rights, for future defense purposes;

For security purposes, fraud control and accountability to data subjects, ANPD and other Public Bodies.

MADEM will keep the history of your data, ensuring exclusive use by MADEM and the companies contracted by it to fulfill the purposes described in this “Policy”, in addition to preserving the security of such information and other legitimate interests.

Does Madem collect data from children?

The MADEM website is directed to and intended for use only by individuals 18 (eighteen) years of age or older. We do not intentionally collect personal data from anyone under 18 (eighteen).
