MADEM Brazil reinforces its commitment to sustainability by consuming 100% renewable energy in 2024
Certification issued by Tradener confirms that all energy used by MADEM Brazil last year came from renewable sources, avoiding the emission of more than 845 tons of CO₂.
MADEM Brazil reaffirms its commitment to sustainability and ESG best practices upon receiving the 2024 Renewable Energy Certificate from Tradener Ltda., which certifies the consumption of 15,628 MWh of energy from 100% renewable sources between January and December 2024.
This choice enabled the company to avoid the emission of 845.84 tons of CO₂, reflecting MADEM’s ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility and its proactive participation in the Free Energy Market.
In addition to using clean energy, the MADEM Group maintains a series of initiatives focused on sustainability and environmental responsibility, such as responsible forest management, wood waste reutilization, energy process optimization, and continuous investment in efficiency and innovation.
These actions consolidate MADEM’s position as a reference in ESG best practices, strengthening its leadership in the wooden packaging and reels manufacturing sector.
